How To Install bmt on Kali Linux

The benchmarking toolkit consists of three main components:

• Patch set management tools to track changes over the original source of a set of benchmarks;
• Benchmark execution helpers to prepare benchmarks for various tools, run benchmarks in parallel, and limit execution;
• Result evaluation and presentation, generating LaTeX tables, HTML output, and LaTeX/TikZ plots.

There are three methods to install bmt on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Install bmt Using apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

sudo apt-get update

After updating apt database, We can install bmt using apt-get by running the following command:

sudo apt-get -y install bmt
