How To Install birthday on Kali Linux

In this tutorial we learn how to install birthday on Kali Linux.
What is birthday
birthday is:
Given a list of the dates of various different events, works out and displays a list of those which will come up in the next couple of weeks. This was originally designed for birthdays, but can equally be used for reminders about yearly events, or for a running diary.
Note that if you want to use vcf2birthday script you will need perl.
There are three methods to install birthday on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install birthday Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install birthday using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install birthdayInstall birthday Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install birthday using apt by running the following command:

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
