Based on BioSig library, this package provides command line tools, such as
- save2gdf: converter between different file formats, including but not limited to SCP-ECG(EN1064), HL7aECG (FDA-XML), GDF, EDF, BDF, CWFB. save2gdf can be also used to upload or retrieve data from a bscs server.
There are three methods to install biosig-tools on Debian 9. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install biosig-tools Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install biosig-tools using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install biosig-tools
