This is a Cross Compiling version of GNU binutils, which can be used to assemble and link binaries for the avr platform, instead of for the native x86_64 platform.
We can use yum
or dnf
to install avr-binutils
on CentOS 7. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install avr-binutils.

Update yum database with yum
