How To Install autoconf-dickey on Kali Linux

What is autoconf-dickey
autoconf-dickey is:
This hacked version of autoconf is required to bootstrap ncurses and some other packages maintained upstream by Thomas Dickey. It should not be used for other purposes.
There are three methods to install autoconf-dickey on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
