How To Install aumix-gtk on Debian 10

What is aumix-gtk
aumix-gtk is:
aumix is a small, easy-to-use program to control the mixer of your sound card. It runs in text mode using the ncurses library, or from the command line (non-interactively). It can read default settings from a file, and it can also automatically save and restore the mixer settings at shutdown and boot.
Additionally this version can be run as a GTK+ app, i.e. with a graphical interface. It can also still run in text-only mode, though.
There are three methods to install aumix-gtk
on Debian 10. We can use apt-get

and aptitude

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Debian. Update apt database with aptitude
using the following command.
sudo aptitude update
After updating apt database, We can install aumix-gtk
using aptitude
by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install aumix-gtk
How To Uninstall aumix-gtk on Debian 10
To uninstall only the aumix-gtk
package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove aumix-gtk
Uninstall aumix-gtk And Its Dependencies
To uninstall aumix-gtk
and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Debian 10, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove aumix-gtk

To remove aumix-gtk
configuration and data from Debian 10 we can use the following command:
