What is arptables
The arptables is a user space tool used to set up and maintain the tables of ARP rules in the Linux kernel. These rules inspect the ARP frames which they see. arptables is analogous to the iptables user space tool, but is less complicated.
We can use yum
or dnf
to install arptables
on CentOS 7. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install arptables.
