apache2-suexec-pristine is:
Provides the standard suexec helper program for mod_suexec. This version is compiled with document root /var/www and userdir suffix public_html. If you need different settings, use the package apache2-suexec-custom.
There are three methods to install apache2-suexec-pristine on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
