How To Install android-libetc1 on Kali Linux

android-libetc1 is:
Ericsson Texture Compression (ETC) is a lossy texture compression technique developed in collaboration with Ericsson Research in early 2005. libETC1 provides the encoding and decoding of ETC1 compression algorithm.
There are three methods to install android-libetc1 on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
