Update yum database with yum using the following command.
sudo yum makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install amg4psblas-openmpi using yum by running the following command:

How To Uninstall amg4psblas-openmpi on AlmaLinux 8
To uninstall only the amg4psblas-openmpi package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove amg4psblas-openmpi
