How To Install altree on Debian 10
Introduction
In this tutorial we learn how to install altree on Debian 10.
What is altree
altree is:
ALTree was designed to perform association detection and localization of susceptibility sites using haplotype phylogenetic trees: first, it allows the detection of an association between a candidate gene and a disease, and second, it enables to make hypothesis about the susceptibility loci.
There are three methods to install altree on Debian 10. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install altree Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install altree using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install altree

After updating apt database, We can install altree using apt by running the following command:

Install altree Using aptitude
