How To Install aglfn on Kali Linux
Introduction
In this tutorial we learn how to install aglfn on Kali Linux.
What is aglfn
aglfn is:
AGL (Adobe Glyph List) maps glyph names to Unicode values for the purpose of deriving content. AGLFN (Adobe Glyph List For New Fonts) is a subset of AGL that excludes the glyph names associated with the PUA (Private Use Area), and is meant to specify preferred glyph names for new fonts. Also included is the ITC Zapf Dingbats Glyph List, which is similar to AGL in that it maps glyph names to Unicode values for the purpose of deriving content, but only for the glyphs in the ITC Zapf Dingbats font.

There are three methods to install aglfn on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install aglfn Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install aglfn using apt-get by running the following command:

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.

To uninstall only the aglfn package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove aglfnUninstall aglfn And Its Dependencies
To uninstall aglfn and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Kali Linux, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove aglfnRemove aglfn Configurations and Data
To remove aglfn configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge aglfnRemove aglfn configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove aglfn configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
