What is abi-dumper
A tool to dump ABI of an ELF object containing DWARF debug info. The tool is intended to be used with ABI Compliance Checker tool for tracking ABI changes of a C/C++ library or kernel module.
We can use yum
or dnf
to install abi-dumper
on CentOS 7. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install abi-dumper.

Update yum database with yum
