What is SuperLUMT64
Subroutines to solve sparse linear systems for shared memory parallel machines (64bit INTEGER). SuperLU contains a set of subroutines to solve a sparse linear system A*X=B. It uses Gaussian elimination with partial pivoting (GEPP). The columns of A may be preordered before factorization; the preordering for sparsity is completely separate from the factorization.
We can use yum
or dnf
to install SuperLUMT64
on CentOS 7. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install SuperLUMT64.
