Core libraries for the 389 Directory Server base package. These libraries are used by the main package and the -devel package. This allows the -devel package to be installed with just the -libs package and without the main package.

Install 389-ds-base-libs on CentOS 7 Using yum
Update yum database with yum using the following command.
sudo yum makecache
After updating yum database, We can install 389-ds-base-libs using yum by running the following command:
sudo yum -y install 389-ds-base-libs

If you don’t have dnf installed you can install DNF on CentOS 7 first.
Update yum database with dnf using the following command.

How To Uninstall 389-ds-base-libs on CentOS 7
To uninstall only the 389-ds-base-libs package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove 389-ds-base-libs
