How To Install zenon on Fedora 36
Introduction
In this tutorial we learn how to install zenon
on Fedora 36.
What is zenon
Zenon is an automated theorem prover for first order classical logic with equality, based on the tableau method. Zenon can read input files in TPTP, Coq, Focal, and its own Zenon format. Zenon can directly generate Coq proofs (proof scripts or proof terms), which can be reinserted into Coq specifications. Zenon can also be extended.
We can use yum
or dnf
to install zenon
on Fedora 36. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install zenon.
Install zenon on Fedora 36 Using dnf
Update yum database with dnf
using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install zenon
using dnf
by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install zenon
Install zenon on Fedora 36 Using yum
Update yum database with yum
using the following command.
sudo yum makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install zenon
using yum
by running the following command:
sudo yum -y install zenon
How To Uninstall zenon on Fedora 36
To uninstall only the zenon
package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove zenon
