How To Install texlive-shapes on Fedora 36

In this tutorial we learn how to install texlive-shapes
on Fedora 36.
What is texlive-shapes
The shapes set of macros allows drawing regular polygons; their corresponding reentrant stars in all their variations; and fractionally filled circles (useful for visually demonstrating the nature of fractions) in Metapost.
We can use yum
or dnf
to install texlive-shapes
on Fedora 36. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install texlive-shapes.

Update yum database with dnf
using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install texlive-shapes
using dnf
