How To Install texlive-refcount on Fedora 36

What is texlive-refcount
Provides commands \setcounterref and \addtocounterref which use the section (or whatever) number from the reference as the value to put into the counter, as in \setcounterref{foonum}{sec \addtocounterpageref do the corresponding thing with the page reference of the label. No .ins file is distributed; process the .dtx with plain TeX to create one.
We can use yum or dnf to install texlive-refcount on Fedora 36. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install texlive-refcount.

Update yum database with dnf using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install texlive-refcount using dnf by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install texlive-refcount

sudo yum makecache --refresh

How To Uninstall texlive-refcount on Fedora 36
To uninstall only the texlive-refcount package we can use the following command:
