How To Install texlive-proofread on Fedora 36

on Fedora 36.
What is texlive-proofread
The proofread package defines a few LaTeX commands that are useful when you proofread a LaTeX document. These allow you to easily highlight text and add comments in the margin. Vim escape sequences are provided for inserting these LaTeX commands in the source. The package is based on code for a text highlighting command that was published by Antal S-Z in href=‘http file, proofread.dtx, is self-extracting, so you can generate the style file by compiling proofread.dtx with pdfLaTeX.
We can use yum
or dnf
to install texlive-proofread
on Fedora 36. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install texlive-proofread.
Install texlive-proofread on Fedora 36 Using dnf
Update yum database with dnf
using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install texlive-proofread
using dnf
by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install texlive-proofread

using the following command.
sudo yum makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install texlive-proofread
using yum

How To Uninstall texlive-proofread on Fedora 36
To uninstall only the texlive-proofread
package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove texlive-proofread
