on Fedora 36.
What is texlive-luamplib
The package enables the user to specify MetaPost diagrams (which may include colour specifications from the color or xcolor packages) into a document, using LuaTeX’s built-in MetaPost library. The facility is only available in PDF mode.
We can use yum
or dnf
to install texlive-luamplib

Update yum database with dnf
using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install texlive-luamplib
using dnf

sudo yum makecache --refresh

using yum

How To Uninstall texlive-luamplib on Fedora 36
To uninstall only the texlive-luamplib
package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove texlive-luamplib
