How To Install texlive-ltxdockit on Fedora 36
Introduction
In this tutorial we learn how to install texlive-ltxdockit
on Fedora 36.
What is texlive-ltxdockit
This bundle, consisting of a simple wrapper class and some packages, forms a small LaTeX/BibTeX documentation kit; the author uses it for some of his own packages. The package is not supported capable of dealing with problems unaided. (The actual purpose of releasing the package is to make it possible for third parties to compile the documentation of other packages, should that be necessary.)
We can use yum
or dnf
to install texlive-ltxdockit
on Fedora 36. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install texlive-ltxdockit.
Install texlive-ltxdockit on Fedora 36 Using dnf
Update yum database with dnf
using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install texlive-ltxdockit
using dnf
by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install texlive-ltxdockit
Install texlive-ltxdockit on Fedora 36 Using yum
Update yum database with yum
using the following command.
sudo yum makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install texlive-ltxdockit
using yum
by running the following command:
sudo yum -y install texlive-ltxdockit
How To Uninstall texlive-ltxdockit on Fedora 36
To uninstall only the texlive-ltxdockit
package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove texlive-ltxdockit
