How To Install texlive-labels on Fedora 36
Introduction
In this tutorial we learn how to install texlive-labels
on Fedora 36.
What is texlive-labels
A LaTeX package to print a regular grid of ragged-right labels on a page, suitable for sheets of labels which can be fed through a printer. Macros are provided to allow easy input of names and addresses in a form free of TeX markup. Equally useful is a feature for making multiple copies of a single label, e.g., return address stickers to go with the labels. Rows, columns, borders can all be specified to match the label sheet being used.
We can use yum
or dnf
to install texlive-labels
on Fedora 36. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install texlive-labels.
Install texlive-labels on Fedora 36 Using dnf
Update yum database with dnf
using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install texlive-labels
using dnf
by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install texlive-labels
Install texlive-labels on Fedora 36 Using yum
Update yum database with yum
using the following command.
sudo yum makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install texlive-labels
using yum
by running the following command:
sudo yum -y install texlive-labels
How To Uninstall texlive-labels on Fedora 36
To uninstall only the texlive-labels
package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove texlive-labels
