How To Install texlive-gridset on Fedora 36

In this tutorial we learn how to install texlive-gridset on Fedora 36.
What is texlive-gridset
Grid setting – also known as strict in-register setting – is something, that should be done for a lot of documents but is not easy using LaTeX. The package helps to get the information needed for grid setting. It does not implement auto grid setting, but there is a command \vskipnextgrid, that moves to the next grid position. This may be enough under some circumstances, but in other circumstances it may fail. Thus gridset is only one more step for grid setting, not a complete solution.
We can use yum or dnf to install texlive-gridset on Fedora 36. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install texlive-gridset.
Install texlive-gridset on Fedora 36 Using dnf
Update yum database with dnf using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install texlive-gridset using dnf by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install texlive-gridset

Update yum database with yum using the following command.
sudo yum makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install texlive-gridset using yum by running the following command:

How To Uninstall texlive-gridset on Fedora 36
To uninstall only the texlive-gridset package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove texlive-gridset
