What is texlive-fgruler
The fgruler is an abbreviation for the foreground ruler. This package draws a horizontal and a vertical ruler on the foreground of every (or a given) page at absolute position. The fgruler package requires the services of the following packages kvoptions, etoolbox, xcolor, graphicx, eso-pic.
