What is texlive-endheads
Endheads provides running headers of the form “Notes to pp. xx- yy” for endnotes sections. It also enables one to reset the endnotes counter, and put a line marking the chapter change in the endnotes, at the beginning of every chapter. Endheads requires the fancyhdr, needspace, ifthen, and endnotes packages.
We can use yum or dnf to install texlive-endheads on Fedora 36. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install texlive-endheads.

Update yum database with dnf using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install texlive-endheads using dnf by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install texlive-endheads

sudo yum makecache --refresh

How To Uninstall texlive-endheads on Fedora 36
To uninstall only the texlive-endheads package we can use the following command:
