What is texlive-elmath
This package has been designed to facilitate the use of Greek letters in mathematical mode. The package allows one to directly type in Greek letters (in ISO 8859-7 encoding) in math mode.
We can use yum
or dnf
to install texlive-elmath
on Fedora 36. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install texlive-elmath.
Install texlive-elmath on Fedora 36 Using dnf
Update yum database with dnf
using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install texlive-elmath
using dnf
by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install texlive-elmath

Update yum database with yum
using the following command.
sudo yum makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install texlive-elmath
using yum
by running the following command:
sudo yum -y install texlive-elmath
How To Uninstall texlive-elmath on Fedora 36
To uninstall only the texlive-elmath
package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove texlive-elmath
