What is texlive-decorule
The package implements a decorative swelled rule using only a symbol from a font installed with all distributions of TeX, so it works independently, without the need to install any additional software or fonts. This is the packaged version of the macro which was originally published in the “Typographers’ Inn” column in TUGboat 31
We can use yum
or dnf
to install texlive-decorule
on Fedora 36. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install texlive-decorule.
Install texlive-decorule on Fedora 36 Using dnf
Update yum database with dnf
using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install texlive-decorule
using dnf
by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install texlive-decorule
