In this tutorial we learn how to install texlive-cloze
on Fedora 36.
What is texlive-cloze
This is a LuaTeX or LuaLaTeX package for generating cloze texts. The main feature of the package is that the formatting doesn’t change when using the hide and show options. There are the commands \cloze, \clozefix, \clozefil, \clozenol, \clozestrike and the environments clozepar and clozebox to generate cloze texts.
We can use yum
or dnf
to install texlive-cloze
on Fedora 36. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install texlive-cloze.
Install texlive-cloze on Fedora 36 Using dnf
Update yum database with dnf
using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install texlive-cloze
using dnf
by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install texlive-cloze
Install texlive-cloze on Fedora 36 Using yum
Update yum database with yum
using the following command.
sudo yum makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install texlive-cloze
using yum
by running the following command:
sudo yum -y install texlive-cloze
How To Uninstall texlive-cloze on Fedora 36
To uninstall only the texlive-cloze
package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove texlive-cloze
