on Fedora 36.
What is texlive-chicago
Chicago is a BibTeX style that follows the “B” reference style of the 13th Edition of the Chicago manual of style; a LaTeX package (to LaTeX 2.09 conventions) is also provided. The style was derived from the newapa style.
We can use yum
or dnf
to install texlive-chicago
on Fedora 36. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install texlive-chicago.
Install texlive-chicago on Fedora 36 Using dnf
Update yum database with dnf
using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install texlive-chicago
using dnf
by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install texlive-chicago
Install texlive-chicago on Fedora 36 Using yum
Update yum database with yum
using the following command.
sudo yum makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install texlive-chicago
using yum
by running the following command:
sudo yum -y install texlive-chicago
How To Uninstall texlive-chicago on Fedora 36
To uninstall only the texlive-chicago
package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove texlive-chicago
