Introduction
In this tutorial we learn how to install texlive-booklet
on Fedora 36.
What is texlive-booklet
Pages of a document processed with the booklet package will be reordered and scaled so that they can be printed as four pages per physical sheet of paper, two pages per side. The resulting sheets will, when folded in half, assemble into a booklet. Instructions on producing the manual itself as a booklet are included.
We can use yum
or dnf
to install texlive-booklet
on Fedora 36. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install texlive-booklet.
Install texlive-booklet on Fedora 36 Using dnf
Update yum database with dnf
using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install texlive-booklet
using dnf
by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install texlive-booklet
Install texlive-booklet on Fedora 36 Using yum
Update yum database with yum
using the following command.
sudo yum makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install texlive-booklet
using yum
by running the following command:
sudo yum -y install texlive-booklet
How To Uninstall texlive-booklet on Fedora 36
To uninstall only the texlive-booklet
package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove texlive-booklet
