What is texlive-biblatex-chicago
This is a BibLaTeX style that implements the Chicago ‘author-date’ and ’notes with bibliography’ style specifications given in the Chicago Manual of Style, 17th edition (with continuing support for the 16th edition, too). The style implements entry types for citing audio-visual materials, among many others. The package was previously known as biblatex-chicago-notes-df.
We can use yum or dnf to install texlive-biblatex-chicago on Fedora 36. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install texlive-biblatex-chicago.
Install texlive-biblatex-chicago on Fedora 36 Using dnf
Update yum database with dnf using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install texlive-biblatex-chicago using dnf by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install texlive-biblatex-chicago
Install texlive-biblatex-chicago on Fedora 36 Using yum
Update yum database with yum using the following command.
sudo yum makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install texlive-biblatex-chicago using yum by running the following command:
sudo yum -y install texlive-biblatex-chicago
How To Uninstall texlive-biblatex-chicago on Fedora 36
To uninstall only the texlive-biblatex-chicago package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove texlive-biblatex-chicago
