What is texlive-autopdf

The package facilitates the on-the-fly conversion of various graphics formats to formats supported by pdfLaTeX (e.g. PDF). It uses a range of external programs, and therefore requires that the LaTeX run starts with write18 enabled.

We can use yum or dnf to install texlive-autopdf on Fedora 36. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install texlive-autopdf.

Update yum database with dnf using the following command.

sudo dnf makecache --refresh

After updating yum database, We can install texlive-autopdf using dnf by running the following command:
