What is telepathy-mission-control

Mission Control, or MC, is a Telepathy component providing a way for “end-user” applications to abstract some of the details of connection managers, to provide a simple way to manipulate a bunch of connection managers at once, and to remove the need to have in each program the account definitions and credentials.

We can use yum or dnf to install telepathy-mission-control on Fedora 36. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install telepathy-mission-control.

Install telepathy-mission-control on Fedora 36 Using dnf

Update yum database with dnf using the following command.

sudo dnf makecache --refresh

After updating yum database, We can install telepathy-mission-control using dnf by running the following command:

sudo dnf -y install telepathy-mission-control

Install telepathy-mission-control on Fedora 36 Using yum

Update yum database with yum using the following command.

sudo yum makecache --refresh

After updating yum database, We can install telepathy-mission-control using yum by running the following command:
