What is soci-postgresql
This package contains the PostGreSQL back-end for soci, i.e., dynamic library specific to the PostGreSQL database. If you would like to use soci in your programs with PostGreSQL, you will need to install soci-postgresql.
We can use yum
or dnf
to install soci-postgresql
on Fedora 36. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install soci-postgresql.
Install soci-postgresql on Fedora 36 Using dnf
Update yum database with dnf
using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install soci-postgresql
using dnf
by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install soci-postgresql

How To Uninstall soci-postgresql on Fedora 36
To uninstall only the soci-postgresql
