on Fedora 36.
What is shobhika-fonts
Shobhika is a free, open source, Unicode compliant, OpenType font with support \ for Devanagari, Latin, and Cyrillic scripts.\ It is available in two weights—regular and bold.\ The font is designed with over 1600 Devanāgarī glyphs, including support \ for over 1100 conjunct consonants, as well as vedic accents.
We can use yum
or dnf
to install shobhika-fonts
on Fedora 36. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install shobhika-fonts.
Install shobhika-fonts on Fedora 36 Using dnf
Update yum database with dnf
using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install shobhika-fonts
using dnf
by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install shobhika-fonts
Install shobhika-fonts on Fedora 36 Using yum
Update yum database with yum
using the following command.
sudo yum makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install shobhika-fonts
using yum
by running the following command:
sudo yum -y install shobhika-fonts
How To Uninstall shobhika-fonts on Fedora 36
To uninstall only the shobhika-fonts
package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove shobhika-fonts
