RPM dependency generator hooks for MPI packages. This package should be added as a BuildRequires to all mpi implementations (i.e. openmpi, mpich) as well as a Requires to the their -devel packages.

We can use yum or dnf to install rpm-mpi-hooks on Fedora 36. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install rpm-mpi-hooks.

Update yum database with dnf using the following command.
