How To Install regionset on Fedora 36
Introduction
In this tutorial we learn how to install regionset
on Fedora 36.
What is regionset
regionset will show you the current region code of the drive, how often it has been changed and how many changes are left. If there are any changes left, it asks for the new region code.
We can use yum
or dnf
to install regionset

Install regionset on Fedora 36 Using dnf
Update yum database with dnf
using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install regionset
using dnf
by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install regionset

using the following command.
sudo yum makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install regionset
using yum
by running the following command:
sudo yum -y install regionset
How To Uninstall regionset on Fedora 36
To uninstall only the regionset
package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove regionset
