After updating yum database, We can install perl-Gearman-Server
using dnf

Update yum database with yum
using the following command.
sudo yum makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install perl-Gearman-Server
using yum

sudo yum -y install perl-Gearman-Server
How To Uninstall perl-Gearman-Server on Fedora 36
