What is `perl-Crypt-GPG`

The Crypt GnuPG v1 (www.gnupg.org) encryption tool through an object oriented interface. It provides methods for encryption, decryption, signing, signature verification, key generation, key certification, export and import.

We can use yum or dnf to install perl-Crypt-GPG on Fedora 36. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install perl-Crypt-GPG.

Install perl-Crypt-GPG on Fedora 36 Using dnf

Update yum database with dnf using the following command.

sudo dnf makecache --refresh

Update yum database with yum using the following command.

How To Uninstall perl-Crypt-GPG on Fedora 36

To uninstall only the perl-Crypt-GPG package we can use the following command:

sudo dnf remove perl-Crypt-GPG
