Update yum database with dnf using the following command.

After updating yum database, We can install openblas-openmp64 using dnf by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install openblas-openmp64

Update yum database with yum using the following command.
sudo yum makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install openblas-openmp64 using yum by running the following command:
sudo yum -y install openblas-openmp64
How To Uninstall openblas-openmp64 on Fedora 36
To uninstall only the openblas-openmp64 package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove openblas-openmp64
