How To Install onednn on Fedora 36

What is onednn
one-API Deep Neural Network Library (oneDNN) is an open-source performance library for deep learning applications. The library includes basic building blocks for neural networks optimized for Intel Architecture Processors and Intel Processor Graphics. oneDNN is intended for deep learning applications and framework developers interested in improving application performance on Intel CPUs and GPUs. Deep learning practitioners should use one of the applications enabled with oneDNN
We can use yum
or dnf
to install onednn
on Fedora 36. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install onednn.
Install onednn on Fedora 36 Using dnf
Update yum database with dnf
using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install onednn
using dnf
by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install onednn
Install onednn on Fedora 36 Using yum
Update yum database with yum
using the following command.
sudo yum makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install onednn
using yum
by running the following command:
sudo yum -y install onednn
How To Uninstall onednn on Fedora 36
To uninstall only the onednn
package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove onednn
