What is `mousetweaks`

The Mousetweaks package provides mouse accessibility enhancements for the GNOME desktop, such as performing various clicks without using any hardware button. The options can be accessed through the Accessibility tab of the Mouse Preferences of GNOME Control Center or through command-line.

We can use yum or dnf to install mousetweaks on Fedora 36. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install mousetweaks.

Install mousetweaks on Fedora 36 Using dnf

Update yum database with dnf using the following command.

sudo dnf makecache --refresh

After updating yum database, We can install mousetweaks using dnf by running the following command:

sudo dnf -y install mousetweaks

Install mousetweaks on Fedora 36 Using yum

Update yum database with yum using the following command.

sudo yum makecache --refresh

After updating yum database, We can install mousetweaks using yum by running the following command:

sudo yum -y install mousetweaks

How To Uninstall mousetweaks on Fedora 36
