How To Install mot-adms on Fedora 36
Introduction
In this tutorial we learn how to install mot-adms on Fedora 36.
What is mot-adms
ADMS is a code generator that converts electrical compact device models specified in high-level description language into ready-to-compile C code for the API of spice simulators. Based on transformations specified in XML language, ADMS transforms Verilog-AMS code into other target languages.
We can use yum or dnf to install mot-adms on Fedora 36. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install mot-adms.
Install mot-adms on Fedora 36 Using dnf
Update yum database with dnf using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install mot-adms using dnf by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install mot-adms
Install mot-adms on Fedora 36 Using yum
Update yum database with yum using the following command.
sudo yum makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install mot-adms using yum by running the following command:
sudo yum -y install mot-adms
How To Uninstall mot-adms on Fedora 36
To uninstall only the mot-adms package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove mot-adms
