What is mod_form

Utility to decode data submitted from Web forms. It deals with both GET and POST methods where the data are encoded using the default content type application/x-www-form-urlencoded. It does not decode multipart/form-data (file upload) forms

We can use yum or dnf to install mod_form on Fedora 36. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install mod_form.

Install mod_form on Fedora 36 Using dnf

Update yum database with dnf using the following command.

sudo dnf makecache --refresh

After updating yum database, We can install mod_form using dnf by running the following command:

sudo dnf -y install mod_form

Install mod_form on Fedora 36 Using yum

Update yum database with yum using the following command.

sudo yum makecache --refresh

After updating yum database, We can install mod_form using yum by running the following command:

sudo yum -y install mod_form

How To Uninstall mod_form on Fedora 36

To uninstall only the mod_form package we can use the following command:

sudo dnf remove mod_form
