What is mingw32-speex-tools
Speex is a patent-free compression format designed especially for speech. It is specialized for voice communications at low bit-rates in the 2-45 kbps range. This package contains tools files for the MinGW version of speex, built for the win32 target.

Install mingw32-speex-tools on Fedora 36 Using dnf
Update yum database with dnf using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install mingw32-speex-tools using dnf by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install mingw32-speex-tools
Install mingw32-speex-tools on Fedora 36 Using yum
Update yum database with yum using the following command.
sudo yum makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install mingw32-speex-tools using yum by running the following command:

How To Uninstall mingw32-speex-tools on Fedora 36
To uninstall only the mingw32-speex-tools package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove mingw32-speex-tools
