What is mingw32-readline

The Readline library provides a set of functions that allow users to edit command lines. Both Emacs and vi editing modes are available. This is a port of the library and development tools to Windows.

Update yum database with dnf using the following command.

Update yum database with yum using the following command.

sudo yum makecache --refresh
