What is mingw32-flac-tools
FLAC stands for Free Lossless Audio Codec. Grossly oversimplified, FLAC is similar to Ogg Vorbis, but lossless. This package is MinGW compiled flac tools for the Win32 target.

Update yum database with dnf using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install mingw32-flac-tools using dnf by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install mingw32-flac-tools

Update yum database with yum using the following command.
sudo yum makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install mingw32-flac-tools using yum by running the following command:
sudo yum -y install mingw32-flac-tools
How To Uninstall mingw32-flac-tools on Fedora 36
To uninstall only the mingw32-flac-tools package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove mingw32-flac-tools
