What is libtpcimgio

The libtpcimgio library is a collection of commonly used C files in Turku PET Centre for image file input and output procedures. Libtpcimgio library supports Analyze 7.5, Ecat 6.x, Ecat 7.x and partly interfile formats.

We can use yum or dnf to install libtpcimgio on Fedora 36. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install libtpcimgio.

Install libtpcimgio on Fedora 36 Using dnf

Update yum database with dnf using the following command.

sudo dnf makecache --refresh

After updating yum database, We can install libtpcimgio using dnf by running the following command:

sudo dnf -y install libtpcimgio

Install libtpcimgio on Fedora 36 Using yum

Update yum database with yum using the following command.

sudo yum makecache --refresh

After updating yum database, We can install libtpcimgio using yum by running the following command:

sudo yum -y install libtpcimgio

How To Uninstall libtpcimgio on Fedora 36

To uninstall only the libtpcimgio package we can use the following command:

sudo dnf remove libtpcimgio
