How To Install kelbt on Fedora 36
Introduction
In this tutorial we learn how to install kelbt
on Fedora 36.
What is kelbt
Kelbt generates backtracking LALR(1) parsers. Where traditional LALR(1) parser generators require static resolution of shift/reduce conflicts, Kelbt generates parsers that handle conflicts by backtracking at runtime. Kelbt is able to generate a parser for any context-free grammar that is free of hidden left recursion.
We can use yum
or dnf
to install kelbt
on Fedora 36. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install kelbt.
Install kelbt on Fedora 36 Using dnf
Update yum database with dnf
using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install kelbt
using dnf
by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install kelbt
Install kelbt on Fedora 36 Using yum
Update yum database with yum
using the following command.
sudo yum makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install kelbt
using yum
by running the following command:
sudo yum -y install kelbt
How To Uninstall kelbt on Fedora 36
To uninstall only the kelbt
package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove kelbt
