How To Install jdeparser on Fedora 36
Introduction
In this tutorial we learn how to install jdeparser
on Fedora 36.
What is jdeparser
This project is a fork of Sun’s (now Oracle’s) com.sun.codemodel project. We decided to fork the project because by all evidence, the upstream project is dead and not actively accepting outside contribution. All JBoss projects are urged to use this project instead for source code generation.
We can use yum
or dnf
to install jdeparser
on Fedora 36. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install jdeparser.
Install jdeparser on Fedora 36 Using dnf
Update yum database with dnf
using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install jdeparser
using dnf
by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install jdeparser
Install jdeparser on Fedora 36 Using yum
Update yum database with yum
using the following command.
sudo yum makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install jdeparser
using yum
by running the following command:
sudo yum -y install jdeparser
How To Uninstall jdeparser on Fedora 36
To uninstall only the jdeparser

sudo dnf remove jdeparser
